Cooling for warehouses & logistics floors.

Big volumes and high ceilings are expensive to cool the conventional way — heat stratifies at the roof and the bill climbs. We cover the space copper-free, protecting stock and pickers without a central-plant running cost.

The problem

Why volume makes cooling expensive.

A warehouse is a lot of air to move — done the wrong way, it never stops costing.

Big volumes, high ceilings

Heat stratifies up at the roof and the floor stays hot — hard and costly to cool efficiently with conventional AC.

Stock & staff

Heat and humidity degrade sensitive stock and slow pickers down — a productivity and quality cost, not just comfort.

Running cost at scale

Cooling a large volume with conventional AC is expensive to run month after month. You need coverage that stays affordable.

Why copper-free fits

Hold the whole floor steady — without the HP or the bill.

Made for big, high-ceiling volumes

Long-throw copper-free units are built for large, open, high-ceiling spaces — reaching the floor instead of losing the cool air to the roof.

About half the horsepower

Cooling a big volume conventionally is expensive to run; copper-free does it on roughly half the HP, so the cost stays sensible at scale.

Zone it to what matters

You don't have to condition the whole volume — we can hold just the pick faces, staging or a sensitive-stock area.

One team, design to service

We size, install and service it ourselves — a single point of responsibility for the whole floor.

Common questions

Warehouse & Logistics cooling, answered.

Can you cool a high-ceiling warehouse efficiently?
Yes — long-throw copper-free units are made for big, open, high-ceiling volumes, and they do it on about half the horsepower of conventional AC, so the running cost stays sensible at scale.
Do I have to cool the whole volume or can I zone it?
Either. Many sites only need the pick faces, staging or a sensitive-stock area held — we can zone the cooling to what matters instead of conditioning the entire volume.
What if I need to store at temperature, not just cool the floor?
That's a cold room, not floor cooling — see our Cold Room Systems with IoT monitoring. A lot of logistics sites run both, and we build and service both.
