The warehouse stored humidity-sensitive inventory — the kind that spoils when moisture climbs. Its air-cooler-plus-exhaust setup was close to the worst tool for the job: the interior sat at 29°C with humidity uncontrolled, and an air cooler only adds moisture. Both temperature and humidity were out of spec, with real inventory at risk.
We installed one 7 HP SystemAir, wall-mounted at the centre — cooling roughly 20,000 cubic feet (1,100 sq ft × 18 ft) from a single point.
Measured at the far end of the warehouse — deliberately the toughest spot, not next to the unit — it now holds 22°C at under 50% RH, stable for two months with zero excursions. The humidity is the point: an air cooler can't serve moisture-sensitive storage; this does.
