Can you cool a food production area without condensation dripping onto the line?
That's exactly the problem we size for. A stable, controlled ambient — rather than cold air blasting onto warm surfaces — is what stops condensation forming over your lines. We assess the room, the process heat and the humidity before specifying.
Is this the same as a cold room?
No — this is cooling the production floor where people and lines work. If you also need to hold a temperature for storage, that's our Cold Room Systems; many F&B sites use both.
How many units does a food factory need?
It depends on the floor and the process heat, but copper-free needs about half the horsepower of conventional AC — so coverage costs less to run. The calculator gives a rough figure; we confirm it on a site assessment.
