Cooling a 17,000 sq ft CNC precision floor — on 6 units, not 9

The floor ran at 32°C and 58% RH — hot, stuffy, and quietly bad for both operators and machine accuracy. The owner first considered an air cooler to save money. We talked them out of it: air coolers add humidity, which is exactly the wrong direction for CNC precision.

Then a China factory quoted conventional industrial AC below our price. They chose us anyway — for the one thing a price cut can't answer: when a unit fails, no overseas supplier puts a technician on the floor in Batu Kawan within 24 hours. We can.

Installed May 2026: six 7 HP SystemAir units around the perimeter, focused on the machine zones, holding a comfortable 26–27°C. We were straight about the trade-off too — a true 24°C precision hold would have needed nine units. They chose six for comfort and cost. Their call, documented, not hidden.
